David Raths, CFA

David has joined FundRisQ in November 2020 focussing on the development and deployment of regulatory solutions for the European fund market. Before joining FundRisQ, David worked as a senior advisor at a major financial advisory company in Luxembourg advising European asset managers on a range of regulatory topics specializing in regulatory risk management matters covering both UCITS and AIFs across asset classes. Moreover, David has been actively working on the PRIIPs regulation since its inception, being part of working groups, with a focus to improve the regulation for European fund managers. Over the course of his career, David has acquired a substantial level of expertise in regulatory risk management. His academic track record includes a Master of Science in Finance from Aston Business School as well as successfully passing level 2 of the CFA exam. He is fluent in English, French, German and Luxembourgish as well as a vivid user of the Python coding language. He is a CFA charterholder since 2022.
