Noemie Schackmann

Noemie joined FundRisQ in August 2020. Before joining FundRisQ, Noemie was a legal advisor at Luxembourg’s largest law firm advising clients on the set-up and day-to-day management of Luxembourg fund management companies and the funds they manage subject to the AIFMD and the UCITS Directive. In her daily work, she advised clients on the Luxembourg requirements under f und and corporate law, as well as regulatory and best market practices. Over the years, Noemie has also developed an extensive expertise of the PRIIPs Regulation which she has been actively working on since 2017. Noemie holds an LLM in Financial Law from the London School of Economics and is fluent in Luxembourgish, English and German. Prior to her LLM, she completed a Law with Business joint honors degree at a London university.
